The Academy of Sciences in Gold Gate Park, San Francisco, invited our group to set up a display for Astronomy Day, April 20, 1996. Last year we had two tables for our displays, but this year they gave us three!
We took our telescopes, astronomy displays and posters. There were a lot of people and we answered a lot of questions. We gave out 600 posters of the Sun, from Lockheed, and almost 300 people signed postcards for the Cassini Mission to Saturn. The signatures will be placed on a CD and sent into space to Saturn.
